  recipe: white tomato soup
 
It needs a little bit time but it is easy


You need:

1kg big tomatos
1 medium onion
Olive Oil
1 clove of garlic
250 ml liquid cream
Water (sin gas)
a wet kitchen towel
a sieve
2 pots
pepper
salt
rosemary

cut the tomatos in cubes and put them in the mixer.
Mix it till you have a juice.
Put a pot under the sieve.
lay the wet kitchen towel in the sieve and pour the tomato juice into it.
Now let it stay in rest till the other day.

Don’t push the towel!!
The juice what drops trough the towel into the pot must be clear!!

On the next day:
cut the onion and the garlic in fine fine cubes.
put it in an pot with olive oil and heat it.
When the onions are glassy, than you can pour the clear tomatojuice into the pot.
let it cook slowly for ca. 2 minutes.
Now the liquid cream....
after other 2 minutes put the pot away from the heat and mix with the stick mixer.
Put water into the soup till you have the for you right consistence.
Back on the heat and let it cook for other 2 minutes.
Put salt, pepper and rosemary inside till the taste is o.k. for you.

If the tomato soup is white and taste like tomatos than you did it right.
It is very easy.


For the inlay you can take what ever you want.
Meat, Croutons, Craps and so on.....
